The best campervan pod ideas start with the vehicle, the number of travellers and the order in which the conversion is being built, rather than a photo of somebody else's finished interior.
Before choosing a layout, establish the usable dimensions inside the van. Measure between wheel boxes, side-door opening, rear doors and any planned windows. Allow for wall lining, insulation, floor build-up and bed framing too. A pod that fits an empty shell can become awkward once those layers are installed.
Start with the job the pod must do
Most pods combine two or more functions: cooking, food storage, clothing storage, a seating base, a bed support or a place for electrical equipment. Trying to make one compact unit do all of them can produce a cluttered layout. It is usually better to decide which job matters most, then build the rest of the interior around it.
