Orders and Custom Work

All our products are crafted with care and attention to detail. Many of our items are custom-made or bespoke, designed specifically according to your specifications. Because of the personalized nature of these products, please ensure all measurements, designs, and preferences are carefully reviewed before placing an order.

Payments

Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom and bespoke nature of our wooden products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom-made items. Please double-check all details before confirming your order. Standard, non-custom items are subject to our general return policy (if applicable).

Shipping

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on location and order size.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at  nextwavecampers@gmail.com or call on 07501 240613 with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
